Scarlett Reynolds
Scarlett was admitted to practice in May 2019. She gained experience instructing and appearing as junior counsel in District Court jury trials whilst undertaking her restricted practice at Paxman & Paxman Barristers & Solicitors.
Scarlett routinely appears in the Supreme Court, the District Court, and the Magistrates Court on a range of criminal matters. She also has experience representing clients on extraordinary driver’s license applications and contested family violence, violence and misconduct restraining order applications.
Scarlett routinely appears as counsel in the District Court for sentencings, breach of conditional and suspended imprisonment orders and removal of lifetime disqualifications (traffic). She also has experience appearing as counsel for spent conviction applications in the District Court.
